Limitations on Use
The content on this Site is for personal or internal business use only and is not for commercial exploitation. We may terminate or suspend your User Account at any time, without liability to you. Your right to use this Site will automatically terminate if you breach these terms of use. Termination will not relieve either party from any obligations incurred or arising prior to such termination, and those sections of these terms of use which are by their nature intended to survive termination will so survive.

Platform – the Kin Fund and Syndicate Platform, which constitutes part of the Site.
Password – your personal password for access to the Platform.
User Account – he account we create for you to use the Kin Fund and Syndicate Service, identified by your User Account ID.
User Account Application – the application that you complete and sign on the Kin Fund and Syndicate Platform to open a User Account
User Account Application Summary – A statement of the information submitted to Kin, which includes personal data about you and relates to the opening of a new User Account via the Kin Fund and Syndicate Platform.

Which country's laws apply to any disputes?
If you are a consumer, please note that these T&Cs, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction except that if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
If you are a business, these T&Cs, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
