Deirdre is passionate about promoting Good Governance practices to both UK public and private companies and assisting clients in improving their governance strategies and corporate reporting. More recently, Deirdre has been awarded the coveted ‘Governance HOT100 award’ 2023 in the innovator category which recognises her contribution to promoting and utilising technology to enhance all aspects of company secretarial and corporate governance support. Prior to joining the Kin Group in 2021 to oversee the Group’s Company Secretariat department, Deirdre supported the Board of a UK FTSE 100 Company since 2015 in her capacity as Assistant Company Secretary.
